Reservation Policy

Dounavis Homes requests you to pay the full amount of the reservation either with PayPal (you can also pay safely via PayPal with your debit/card even if you don’t have any balance in your account).

The other way for you to pay, is the Direct Bank Transfer. In this option, you have to place your reservation and then make your payment (the full amount as mentioned before), directly into our bank account using your Booking ID as the payment reference:

Cancelation & Refund Policy

Full refund for cancellations up to 10 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 2 days before check-in. No refund after that.

Changes done by you

If you wish to make any changes to your confirmed booking, you must notify us in writing as soon as possible and we will try to adjust to the proposed changes, without charging additional charges, if that is feasible, however we cannot guarantee that such requests will be fulfilled. If the above-mentioned changes result in additional cost, you will be informed in writing on the changes and the cost which will be included in our agreement.

More Policies

Pets, smoking and parties are not allowed.

The Property shall be checked by the Owner prior to and after the Rental Period.  You shall be held liable for any proven damages or losses caused to the Property and its contents. We recommend that you ensure that your insurance policy covers accidental damage to the Property and its contents.
